Email Communications Summary - Customers Tab
The Customers tab on the Report Results panel on the Email Communications Summary screen is used to view sales information from Email messages based on the type of customers involved in the vehicle sales.
Note - Gross profit information only displays on this tab if the View Gross Profit check box is selected on the Report Criteria panel.

To access the Customers tab, select the Customers tab on the Report Results panel on the Email Communications Summary screen. |
The Customer Engagement Summary panel is used to review the results of Email marketing campaigns, such as the number of customers who clicked links. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns..
The following columns are available on the Customer Engagement Summary panel.
Total Engaged Customers: The number of customers who clicked links in Email messages during the entered date range displays.
Total Clicks: The number of times customers clicked links in Email messages sent during the entered date range displays.
Top Interaction: The customer interaction that generated the most sold matches displays. A sold match is a sold deal that is associated with an XtreamService lead.
Top Last Link: The name of the link most often clicked last by customers displays.
The Customer Type panel is used to review details such as the number of vehicle sales transactions and the amount of gross profit generated. This information is divided based on the type of customer, such as repeat sales customers.
The Sold Matches By Customer Type graph displays the number of vehicles
The following columns are available on the Customer Type panel.
Type: The type of customer displays.
The following types of customers can display.
- Other Customers. These customers have no previous sales or service history with the dealership; however, they purchased vehicles during the report time frame.
- Repeat Sales. These customers have sales history with the dealership and purchased vehicles during the report time frame.
- Service to Sales. These customers have service history but no previous sales history with the dealership; however, they purchased vehicles during the report time frame.
Sold Matches: (Link) The number of sold matches associated with the corresponding customer type during the entered date range displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the transactions can be reviewed.

Sold Match Average Gross Profit: The average gross profit generated from sold matches associated with the corresponding customer type during the entered date range displays.

Sold Match Average Revenue: The average revenue generated from sold matches associated with the corresponding customer type during the entered date range displays.
The unlabeled Customer Type Details panel is used to review details such as the date and time the Email message was delivered and the most recent link clicked by the customer.
The following columns are available on the Customer Type Details panel.
Customer Name: The name of the customer displays.
Interaction Group: The type of customer interaction associated with the
Delivery Date/Time: The date and time when the Email message was delivered to the customer display.
Open: Whether the customer opened the Email message displays. If the customer has opened the Email message, Y displays. Otherwise, N displays.
Open Date/Time: The date and time when the customer opened the Email message display.
Total Clicks: The number of times the customer clicked links in the Email message display.
Last Link Clicked: The name of the link most recently clicked by the customer displays.
Initial Click Date/Time: The date and time when the customer first clicked a link in the Email message display.
Transaction Date: The date when the customer purchased a vehicle displays.
Sold Match: (Link) Whether the interaction is associated with a sold match displays. If the interaction is associated with a sold match, Y displays as a link. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the transactions can be reviewed. Otherwise, N displays.
Current Vehicle Information: The model year, make, and model of the vehicle owned by the customer display.
Proposed Vehicle Information: The model year, make, and model of the vehicle proposed for the customer display.
